good article i totally agree,,,, if u analyse the charts from 1990 to 2000 average price of oil was 25/barrel upto 50 from than on... there is a fair value.than there is 2008.. the year of total speculation with phony stories of supply demand & hurricanes that never hit all summer long and motorists paid the price while speculators made unreal profits. now finally prices are going back to normal ranges but it seems the speculating crowed is trying to have another go at it. if u can pump something x10 above its fair value, get away with making profit, why not.

its clear that not everyone is gunna like the storm, but you cant call a product thats flying off the shelves a wash out. this is just the start and for their first touch screen phone, its pretty decent i've heard alot of great reviews so all this rim bashing is simply childish. so far i am pleased, and once the new updates roll out im sure it will work even better. it aint perfect, but the iphone isnt either, my mail works alot better on the storm than iphone for one, it supports multiple apps at the same time, and not that the battery matters but if your iphone battery was to die for any reason good luck..with blackberries the only time i take the battery out is when the battery dies and at least i hape the option.. the other concern with the iphone is the thing crashed half of the time. in short its not be an iphone killer but decent product for someone looking for something alternative.

these people have nothing better to do, all week long. this guy looks like his wearing his shorts, david pogues cuzzen or something. seriously, the storm is rimms is beta device, rims try at the consumer market, there are bugs but the fixes are coming. so far i am pleased i havnt had any of the issues you complain about. and no one gets it right the first time even the first generation iphone had its quirks...and even today the iphone crashes.. at least with this thing i can take the battery out-- cheers

i believe its great buy for long term player who has patience to wait a couple of years. i dont see this company going out of business. gov/ businesses rely on rimm as it provides a secure infrstracture built up that no other company has. in addition they offer a great variety of phones for people who like the touch screen as well as the keyboard. even their new storm is in great demand, however its tough to sell anything during times when everyone is loosing their jobs houses and only thing that matters is putting food on the table. as much as everyone bets against rim, its not rimms fault, and there could be a turn around. im just glad they let the bad news out before dec18 because it wasnt pretty the last time when they didnt meet target.

rimm has certainly collpased , i mean from 140 down to 35 while appl is only down 50% due to the environment, this is unaccetable and a bad gamble i feel bad for the long term investor as its a huge pain. but even with that said you still cannot compare rim with lg NOK mot, or palm. these players are simply vendors of dumb phones they mass produce cell phones and pump the market full of them but thats it. rimm is worth more as it provides technilcal support, generates revenue off subscriptions, has it's own secure data center, business /government is its bread and butter and they will continue to use it. even though when it comes to the touch screen people will go for the iphone rim still has an alternative, and for all who dont like the touch screen the bold is excellent and with time the bugs in the storm will be fixed and im sure newer version will come out. and once we're out of this recession and business picks up things will look up for rimm. and even the misses rim had were nothing compared to palms, they're not going out of business their product is in demand, and it's good they let this news out upfront before dec18 so the same thing dosnt happen as last time. in short, i dont see rimm at 20.00 it's worth more, we'll have to wait for dec18 but for long term player will have to keep on holding
