Preview from Europe: FOMC Disappoints the Markets

Those video clips were amusing and informative.

I felt like the FOMC announcement was about as expected as all the "better than expected" results we are constantly hearing about. I figured the market wouldn't take too favorably to being lied to ... again. Buy hey, apparently we will continue to deceive ourselves that the recovery is just around the corner. I guess it will take a few more months of better than expected results before people start to realize that better than expected is not all that good and they are not going to get much better for quite some time. Too many "investors" trying to time the bottom are artificially holding the market up, the only question in my mind is do we get a real correction sooner or later or do we just sit in this range until the fundamentals catch up, however many months / years from now that might be.
