I doubt this will happens.
Cree is facing strong competition in east Asia region that CEO admitted in year book. Cree acquired China LED packaging factory, LLF, and a joint venture with LGD recently. However, does the margin rate rise last year? I thinks the competition strengens while the Asians buy more equipments to produce LED chips.
