I do see that LTS was the co-manager with Oppenheimer for the Prolor Biotech public offering back on 5/16....He is on the board of LTS and he usually likes to buy what he knows and is part of as far as I know. LTS had a decent 4Q and is oversold here imo. I started a position at 1.40 on 6/6 in LTS and OPK at 4.50 on 6/5.
