Mr. Faulkner writes of "the boo-hoo wahh wahhh when it [PPS] doesn't go up every single day," and he is right. Price doesn't go up, it MUST be because of "the manipulators and crooks" and the collusion of Malone (or Karmazin), the SEC asleep at the switch, HFT, shorts...the list of horribles goes on and on.
Sirius XM is just fine, and has and will have a very satisfying growth story to tell.

Some people are just rude and /or disagree with any opinion that is different than theirs, and try to belittle it without offering counter arguments. Depends on your broker. At Schwab, the div shows in my account after hours on the pay date, and is reinvested the next day (pay date +1) after hours. The price paid for shares bought with reinvested divs can be below or above the closing price for that day.
