    if you have ever used SWIMs trading tool, you know it rocks. It was best of breed and AMTD stole the company on the cheap. Think of where SWIM was @ its high. Here, they get the leader at the near bottom of a cycle - very clever - OXPS will likely go to Schwab, who has been rumored to do a deal for some time - ask any sell sider that covers online brokers and their checks will indicate similar.

    ENDP has a history of using acquisitions to grow, since their business model revolves around improving existing treatments, not developing them from scratch (this means SHORTER patent exclusivity life, etc), so the deal makes sense - should be a good buffer for ENDP, which was facing the risk of 2013 patent loss of its shingles treatment.

    you are on the right path, but you need to do look at why sentiment on CVS has eroded...one reason is that contrary to myth, people are cutting back a bit on Rx trends - either by splitting tabs or delaying utilization..the only silver lining is generics - with co pays of $5 vs copays of $25 for branded, its pushing profits up nicely and drug retailers are leveraging that

    interesting take - one thing your chart is missing is volume - the volume on the run is not that great, meaning low conviction? Also, look @ LEAPS chart - it has had more "strength." - thanks for sharing, I'll be looking at both, any thoughts on LEAP? Which is a better swing trade?
