    MTSN spkes 10% after Stifel goes on CNBC and says MTSN is bait for LRCX....We've been talking about MTSN as bait for a year at least, this stock needs to be watched..Stifel may have some info from the new CFO as to what is in the cards for this company. Cos get bought out at the trough/bottom of cycle, when EPS is depressed and stocks look expensive...

    SMTL insiders wont sell; MTSN will sell if given the opportunity. Also, MTSN just got a new CFO, something to look at closer.
