    if you have ever used SWIMs trading tool, you know it rocks. It was best of breed and AMTD stole the company on the cheap. Think of where SWIM was @ its high. Here, they get the leader at the near bottom of a cycle - very clever - OXPS will likely go to Schwab, who has been rumored to do a deal for some time - ask any sell sider that covers online brokers and their checks will indicate similar.
