I can not escape the feeling that the stock market is not honest. Why would a stock like Alcoa be $20.00 and then right after I buy it, it drops to the 12 dollar region.This has nothing at all to do with the value of this old and important company. Is this what the public deserve or want?

It is difficult to like this stock after buying in the 20's. Hopefully management will be appropriately treated. However management always seem to survive and litigation is almost impossible. Why are we so stupid.
If you are in wind then RIO is unlikely to play and we can not expect much action, certainly the Company is badly managed and the last resort is some hedge fund.
