This lady makes sense. It is quite amazing that there has been no investigation into what appears to have been rampant and massive fraud in originating and securitizing all sorts of loans into false and misleading securities.
Confidence cannot return if the system is uninterested in enforcing its own laws regarding securities fraud, and neither taxpayers nor entrepreneurs, nor investors are infants as the lady correctly stated.
