Record Low for Housing Starts

No two ways about it. We are overbuilt. There is still too much capacity & capital in the homebuilding sector, in realtion to the macroeconomy, not to mention society. We just do not need all the homebuilders that currently exist. It sounds too totalitarian to put a moratorium on all housing starts for a while, but how else are you bring this sector back to reality?

I know, I know, the "hand" will eventually get it done, but I wish the "hand" would get some speed in it.
