The Democrates in Congress tried to stop the NINJA Loans because they are in clear violation of the RICO ACT. But Republicans blocked every attempt to stop them.
The U.S. Attorney General even took several states to court to prevent them from using the Consumer Protection Laws to stop the Lredaroty Lenders.

Bush wanted the market to fail.

Subprime Lenders destoryed the paper work and covered up their crimes.
FBI warned the Bush Whitehouse in 2004 that Regualtors were not doing their jobs in making sure the tapes werre made and stored correctly. The FBI was told to cease.

  • U.S. Debt Watch: Paths to Repudiation [View article]

Any GDP over 2.1 will only hasten the day when we will be experiencing another Economic Crisis.

The Financial World wants to change the U.S. Economic model and has not bothered to explain this to the U.S. Consumer.

Consumerism is still pressed with advertizing while caution and thriftyness played down.

You can't have it both ways and have a stable market place.

Take over the Federal Reserve and you control all banks !

    Just one action!

    Bankers are lending !

Banking insiders are borrowing to buy cheap foreclosed homes and load up on cheap stocks while the market is down.

Rich get richer just like all the banking crisis it is the bankers who own more of the USA and the citizens own less.

How many of the new homes, apartment complexes or whole subdivision will have to be stripped and remodeled to remove the Chinesse Sheetrock ?

The insulation is breaking down on electrical wiring, cooling coils springing leaks. chemical oders in air vents, and people getting sick.

    Chinesse Sheetrock is the suspect.

Would be funny huh? If the over supply of housing disappeared and the overage had to be torn down because of chemical dumping with illegal chemicals in building products.

  • Credit Market Overview: Not Impressed with Government Verbiage [View article]
The SEC will be closing a lot of drag nets soon. Watch for those who broke the laws collusion to over value when appraising home, never building homes they got loans for, and lender who wrote loans to be arrested for fraud by marketing loans that were a product of collusion.

We can only hope they will apply the RICO ACT.

So many of have been screaming about the Corruption that allowed this much bad paper into the market since 2005 we may soon see convictions and jail time for many.
