The common consensus is that if it infects enough people it will have the POSSIBILITY to mutate into something that DOES MERIT the level of current action and wariness.

To assume that the "Powers That Be" are not watching how the populous reacts is naive. Because of the Patriot Act all are under Scrutiny. To Assume Benevolence Is Foolish.

Not All In Government And Power Are Corrupt; To Take This Stance Is To Undermine Rational Thought. However To take The Converse Of This Cannon Is Equally Inept.
