    Nice article. This further advances my opinion that COMS remains a buyout candidate, despite the Bain thing that fell through.

    A big problem to a merger is still the China connection, as Bain proved. They are a nice cherry to pick, but US companies are out I guess? My thoughts on COMS at: www.stockdata.org/2008.../
