Sanmina May Be In Talks With Flextronics

This whole group has been killed, FLEX also in appearently oversold with a Price/Book less than SANM and a Price to Earnings substantially lower (at only 4.0 Future earnings)
Yes SANM has a Cash value of 1.8/share, but debt at 1.4/share, turns it may not be such an outstanding deal, but generally I agree that it is underpriced
The Whole group also includes MERX which is psycodically trading at a 0.22 Price per Book.
As PCB Manufacturing and Assembly isn't going anywhere soon, this group needs a few upgrades.
