    "Even their cases don't say that a contract can provide for specific performance..." Does this mean the court can fine them instead? award damages less than 18 billion to r&h. Not enough to cripple Dow.

    Judge Wolinsky: "To the extent that contracts invoke equitable remedy, there is a long series of jurisprudence that emphasizes the importance of the discretionary nature of equitable remedy... the court of chancery must weigh other circumstances."
