Valueing this company at 12X earnings is an overstatement of reality. The real extent of the losses to their portfolio values hasn't been revealed yet. Although I believe that Warrens bet on the puts is well placed, the company valuation, with the upcoming surprises is unjustified. I recommended to a friend that they short the stock a couple of months ago. I wish I had listened to my own advice. This stock is still a short, along with the rest of the market.
