    it's BECAUSE apple fixes the problems that they constantly score very high approval ratings from customers. when compared to anyone else...they're better. this does not mean they're perfect. but they're fast learners and great innovators. they'll still be doing well when all Dell has going for it is a color.
    i hear microsoft hired jerry seinfeld to do it's ads... i guess you need a sense of humor if you're going to use Vista.
    apple is a good long term buy and i hold stock in it.
