The Stock Not Chosen

Two stocks compared on the yellow pad,

and sorry I could not purchase both.

And long I researched and looked into one until

diligence no further could go.

Then chose the other, as just as fair

and having perhaps the better claim.

Because it was value play, a Graham wink,

Though as for the demand, the two stocks,

had resulted really them both the same.

Both showed me that morning their fundamentals,

P/E, PEG, P/B, ROE,OCF,

buy, buy, buy were each of the analysts cries.

Oh, how I second guessed myself to death

as I watched the price of purchased ...More one fall.

I shall be telling this story with a sigh,

somewhere ages and ages hence,

Two stocks compared on a yellow pad,

and I, I chose the one that is now worth one cent

and that has made tons of difference. :)
