I'm puzzled by your using the expression " .04%" as being the same fraction as 4 percent. Taking another look, you'll instantly recognize that it's only 1/100 of that amount. Had it appeared only once I wouldn't have commented because I'm doing this pro bono. The third occurrence, though, pushed me over the line.

Thank you for the article. My investment practice is based primarily on what you've described. Recent events out in the cruel world, though, have caused me to live quite an active financial life. The dramatic changes in share prices and/or dividend payments have led me to selling and buying more frequently than I'd like.

Well, Mr. Bubley, you really faked me out throught the first part of your article, leading me to read it. Your (unintentional) bait and switch was in using the abbreviation "PC" to indicate the topic and then switching (properly) to "laptop". I'm all PC/desktop and no longer travel or even roam around town, but I thought how nice it would be to have a PC equipped as you described. Maybe I'm making a distinction that doesn't really exist, but among my coterie of 2 or 3 we use "PC" and "notebook" to indicate the different configurations.
