Moody's Makes a Bad Situation Worse

You are absolutely right. All the rating agencies do is try to steal thunder and have no concept or the timing of their ridiculuous pronouincement or what it does to the poor companies. I believe that their analyst should be judged by all and any stupid mistakes that they made should invoke a hefty fine or legal suit so that they will be more careful.
Presumably, they have people who are marketers at the helm and wants to always be in the news instead of the intellectuals who are more prone in insuring the accuracy of their analysis. Perhaps, these loud mouths should also be fired the way the poor performing CEOs of banks were and are still being let go.
