Nice try, but the Class X shares have nothing to do with it. Please read up on the SCA Class Class I and Accenture Canada Holdings shares. These shares are held by current and retired partners and are convertable into Class A common shares. They are not freely traded, so they are classified as minority interest. Page F-15 (footnote 2 to the financials) of the 10-K will help you out.
