I've read that China has been stockpiling copper. That's a good idea with low commodity and shipping prices. It won't go on forever.

poke around on this site www.railroadpm.org/ There's 52 weeks of data for each major rail line. Two of the rail lines just hit new lows in overall traffic while the others are dwelling near lows.
