Alternative Energy Tax Credits for the Storage Sector

John, do you think that the whole ITC would count for an energy storage system that is charged with both solar and utility power? The economics of these things make it such that the ROI increases with use, so it seems it would be good to charge it with base load at night, solar power in the morning, and then discharge all the energy during peak times in the afternoons and early evenings.
