Bank of America Airbrushing History on Its Website?

BofA should be dead. Anyone who does business with them in the future can look forward to getting screwed. I will never do business (if I can help it) with any TARP bank directly. Let their buddies in Washington keep giving them money, soon that well will dry up to as more Americans get fed up with leaders who steal from them at every turn.

Hedge Fund Sues Bank of America Over Countrywide Mortgage Modifications

The way I see it is Geenwich made a bad investment and is losing. BoA is trying to salvage what they can from Countrywide mistakes and greed. The only ones who make out like fat rats are the lawyers. So in the end Greenwhich lost investors dollars in a bad investment and they are going to lose more paying for lawyers.

Number of U.S. Homes With Negative Equity Is Stunning

Anyone who bought a home after I'll say 1998 is most likley underwater when it comes to the value of the home. Realators and lenders with shady business dealings are to blame. Flippers also played a part in the false value increase. Homes are a long term investment until we get that mindset back you can expect further declines. Do your homework before buying a home make sure you do your own research and you can save yourself a lot of pain.

Moody's Sees Stress on Credit Card Industry Through 2009

No surprises here. Maybe in the future they will give credit to only those who will pay the bills. It's high time for people to take responability and quit blaming the credit card companies for spending what they know they can't afford. Don't blame the drug dealer when you get addicted no one forced you to take it and no one forced you to spend what you didn't have.
