Never happen. This government only cares about it's own agenda and giving it's people this money gets in the way of the plan. I don't want to buy a new car or house so my "gift card" is only worth 12k. As far as the banks you want to issue them I refuse to do business directly with any TARP bank. Why would I give anything to those crooks and support their continued rip-off of America.

Stimulate Spending with No Mortgage Payments for a Year

Americans need to stop spending save more and and regain some power. All this does is allow people who made bad mistakes make worse ones. Guys like you come on here and spread doom and gloom to prop up your short positions. There are a lot of companies sittting out there with a ton of cash whose expousre to CDS are minimal at best so go find them and get long. Try taking a positive approach and keep negatives to yourself.
