  • Tantamount To A “I Told You So”, The Natural Gas Bubble Is Still Popping “Look Out Below!” [View instapost]
    Nice Sir Monaco.

$3.25 is a big possibility now that demand is really low and supply is higher than 2011, 2012....

I see fair value being $3.50, but the market would like to punish speculators. and thus it would travel down to $3.25.

Do you still think there's gonna be 150 injections?
    What about GS call?

  • Why The Upcoming Sell-Off In Natural Gas Could Be The Largest Ever In History! (CFTC Data) [View instapost]
I am excited to see capitulation. Citi's Tim Evan wrote just 1 week ago that nat gas might hit $3 again. Baml is also saying a retest to $3 as shown in the article here...

  • Natural Gas Marches Toward $4.30 As Bullish Withdrawal Season Ends, Fight Ahead For Bears [View article]
I agree with SBCapital. The injection this coming Thursday is estimated at 40Bcf. While it is not the 100Bcf that Bears are hoping for, it will definitely pressure the Nat Gas longs to sell their positions. I think Citi is recommending shorting this below $4. So $4 is really the support here that we have to blast through.

  • OH, THE ENORMITY!!! - “U.S. Resources Of Natural Gas Could Last For Nearly A Century” [View instapost]
I think the NG market really should be down to at least $3.50. There is no reason for it to climb so much..

Bentek is predicting a 5Bcf additional production by 2014... and I don't think demand will rise by 5Bcf, only coal to gas switching will absorb that at prices below $3. the forward curve is getting less steep, suggesting that the current price is only short term.
