Here's Why E*Trade's Customers Are Not Happy

I have had only negative customer relations experience at ETrade. Happy to see this article, as i always wanted to voice my displeasure with the company. Seems like the problems they had back in 2000, which they explained as growing pains, never went away in 2008. I finally moved my funds away to another online broker.
