Hello, dividendgrowthinvestor... thank you for your reply to Mr. Nagarajan's post. You mention that you have built a "dividend machine." In my brokerage accounts, I've been focused on dividend-yielding stocks for the past twenty years. I would appreciate your thoughts on some of the key components of your machine.
