  • Apple's Expanding Ecosystem Will Help These Stocks Triple [View article]
" China is supposed to lead the 4k uptake next year"

WHAT does this mean? Most subscribers can't afford it. Others aren't gonna upgrade their phones. Finally, WIFI in Shanghai is everywhere!

I heard the MOTO G is in Hong Kong, just get LTE and I'll buy it. But again, do I even need that service?

  • Chinese municipalities feast on shadow banking [View news story]
" that market forces must play a more decisive role in their economy.
However, due to the absence of market discipline outside their financial system as well"

The USA economy is still feeling the pain from its last market euphoria (fraudulent housing market). The CCP is of course very tenuous in that direction. Though over 20 years society has utterly changed to that.

At this stage all major economies and state-bankers are stretching their limits hoping that their neighbor will be the first domino to fall.

"When you were a candidate, I called you a corporation running for the presidency masquerading as a human being." That says it all..

Did you mean the "timeless principles" that drove you and Mr. Cheney to invade the country of Iraq which, contrary to your fabrications, deceptions and cover-ups, never threatened the United States? Nor could Iraq (under its dictator and his dilapidated military) threaten its far more powerful neighbors, even if the Iraqi regime wanted to do so.

  • Impact On Apple If 2% - 4% Of China Mobile Customers Buy An iPhone [View article]
Another thing, Beijing and Shanghai have too many identical looking malls offering identical shops, but one thing that changes them is if an Apple Store is there!

There are 4 or 5 in Shanghai, I've been only to the 2 newest.

What I am trying to illustrate is the Apple Store is what differentiates malls from each other.

  • Impact On Apple If 2% - 4% Of China Mobile Customers Buy An iPhone [View article]
Apple is the coolest, premium in Shanghai and Beijing. Remember the Cn 1st lady took a picture with her IPhone and there are other intl statesmen taking selfies with the IPhone (fortunately the one with Obama was a non-easily identifiable phone).

Who wants a stodgy looking Nokia, Sony, Lenovo or even cheaply look and made Samsung, when you can own a sleek IPhone!

The IPhones are 3rd after Samsung's plethora of phones and Lenovo's many phones.

Mentioned in other posts, this deal is to cement the Cn homegrown TD-wireless std accepted globally or at least better in Cn.

Then it helps Cn Mobile because it will get the recurring revenue from Apple's ecosystem.

Apple will be helped the least as most people that wanted one have one. In fact my church handyman showed off to me his IPhone 4-series bought for 2k RMB over a month ago. That was his showing that he has arrived into the Cn consumer class.

Again the most impt fact is if the Cn Mobile IPhone has a removable Sim card or not. So that the owners can change SIM cards when traveling as the TD-Cn std is not compatible with any other global std. I assume it wouldn't be locked as most phones sold are not locked in Cn/HK.

But I can't calculate the immediate impact of this deal for Apple, but if there is only 2% of Cn Mobile's subscribers of which I am one, that is 16 million IPhone users.

Also mentioned before is subscriptions in Cn are not as expensive and easily changeable than in the USA. The difference here is the technology after 2.5g: Cn Unicom uses the EU's 3g, LTE, Cn Telecom uses QCOM's 3g, undeclared LTE, but Cn Mobile because it has profited most from being the 1st into mobile services is stuck with Cn's TD-std.

    "HIGHER than normal"

What does that mean? Cn Telecom was offering the IPhone 5s 900 RMB (less than US$150) less than Apple.com.cn, but there is also a usage contract of min. 175 RMB/month for 2 years.

Cn Mobile has to persuade users away from intl bought and Cn Unicom stds (Cn Telecom share is rather insignificant, since it's phones have a fixed SIM as it uses QCOM's 2g-3g and now LTE-- Verizon, Sprint).

What country would Iran have a military conflict with.

And I find this news on North Korea comedic? When the press was reporting Kim 2 could bomb CA, I took off to Shanghai.

South Korea could annihilate DPRK without the USA, afterall Kim mini (III) sank an unprovoked boat a few years ago.

Cn and Kr would appreciate that hinterland.

Yesterday and Friday while researching Moto X, I found out the Moto G is for sale in HK. If the 2nd iteration of it is with LTE, I will definitely buy that. As the Lumia 625 is over $250, and the phablet 1350 is embarrassingly large though a value product.

The Lumia 52x series is closer to $100 without LTE.

Cn's 3 LTE telecom networks will all be up by March.
