Is BPLA an organization that Vringo or any of the attorneys are a member? If that's true I think the SCOTUS would not take it as seriously. JMHO

  • Vringo Investors Rely On VRNG24's Federal Court Room Public Disclosures [View instapost]
I was booted also when I posted asking if VRNG24 was "really" taken off.

It was incredible to me how much factual and at times obscure information he would share.... but more incredible was seeing him taken down.

But in the big picture a boycott of ST by me is going to be easy since VRNG24 has a blog - all I need to know (or care to know) he's on top of it and it's really a bonus in disguise - I don't have to deal with ST - I can know what's going on at any moment of the day with the blog.

Together we are going to go big or go home.... either way I count my fellow "booted" ST users as fellow travelers like me that have withstood the test of patience, and one day I hope, will be sharing in profits.

Stay well - I'll still be here until ???

  • Update: Vringo Post En Banc [View article]
$24M sounds like a lot of money but if the wage continue as before where will the rest of the money come from? Feeling like a scam where people get paid for no investor rewards.

As a long time buyer working up to a big basket - I'm still not excited until Google writes a check, which unfortunately may be sometime next year IMO as is the case with ZTE...

  • Capstone Part 3: Still Triple Value Bound [View article]
What a pump load of doo ! I have to wonder if the investor(s) that bought at $1.70 are regretting it now? Could have bought far more for far less - but would still wind up with a poorly managed company. Besides, there's no money to be made by having product sitting on the docks with no place to go.

  • David Slays Goliath: Vringo Awarded Billion-Dollar Victory Over Google [View article]
as a long time holder - one of my concerns has been legal fees. It seems to me that the more cases that get settled, the less money spent on being in court/legal fees. Vringo has made some very bold and successful moves in the legal sense of things. The biggest frustration is the PR issues - but no good attorney is going to allow a client to say anything in public, not even much about cases won.

At any rate - holding many shares I traded in and out - those days are gone. All in and staying... next few months will have surprises that will require I be in at the time these things come out. Thank you Justin as always your sharing is appreciated!

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Showdown Or Workaround [View article]
All these delays I think are Google's way of saying if you come after them you better have deep pockets and lots of time. Kind of like when a rich person commits murder in front of 10 witnesses, he's guilty alright, just getting him to do the time part takes forever it seems. Thankfully, our justice system for the most part works and Google will do the time (per se) the question is just when?

One side thought... I said our justice system works for the most part, but there are exceptions where the stock market and money is concerned. Time and time again after the facts - we learn the players were corrupt and deals were made to enrich certain players without regard for the majority (retail holders).... I wonder what history will show in 5 years if such manipulation is at hand here?

In my youth the motto was "Don't trust anyone over 30..." Now it's "Don't trust anyone when it comes to money..."

  • Vringo: The Calm Before The Storm [View article]
Good day EXP - super job!

I have a question about the diner that Craig-Hallum is sponsoring on Jan 31 . . . I'm very confident there will not be a secondary as V is flush with cash and about to get much more in short order as this JJ thing settles. Alas it has many concerned on the subject.

Can you offer up any comments regarding that issue?

PS Just FYI - I've watched VHC over the past 3 years and you can almost match the volume and price action as they moved through the courts - very encouraging IMO !

No doubt if a company can corner the market on urine based analysis - given the aversion people have to blood draws, it would be huge.
