Tough comments but probably accurate. The 10% growth figure since 1929 is simply playing with numbers. Pick the right low point and you can conjure up anything you want. Reality Check: The S&P has not grown over the last 10 years.

    doesn't productivity rise about 2% a year? 1.02 ^10

im as greedy as anyone of you. I can promise you that. if it swings 40% daily, every single day. then thats just the nature of the beast.

it is has a large amount of variance in it, it's a volatile little market. take a longer term view perhaps? are you just looking for the negative reframe of it? how bout looking at it with a positive reframe?

find the reasons it can first. then when your not frieking out and are calm. logically evaluate the market and use your best judgement.

be greedy when others are fearful right?

cause I have faith and a positive mental attitude just for that little analyst inside of me.

if there is nothing to fear but the fear itself then you will never be free until you believe.

how bout we do what mathetatically makes sense.
lower taxes so business can spurr.
make people with debts pay off their housing debts.
unless ofcourse they just file bankruptcy.
dont worry about the housing market.
worry about how much money you got in your account and if you can afford to buy another rental home. because the housing market is looking real good right now for those of us who have been doing what we should.

good thing I'm ready. Rental homes may be more work, but I know how to turn a wicked profit into an even better profit using leverage. if the interest rate drops I'll be able to afford to borrow even more. People will always find a home. one place or another.

"-I also believe that suggestion can be reinforced with ignorance, distraction and confusion - all of which also serve to supress effective critical thinking, like the hypnotists, and to there make people more responsive to "authoritive" suggestions. If the supression of critical thinking is deliberate, then I think it can be described as a serious form of manipulative propoganda."

Mirror. Mirror. On the wall, what do you really see after all?

That which you deny to others, you deny to yourself.
I gave you my faith, so you can have trust to know that it's true.
And it's a strong faith. So I know yours must be too.

Have you talked to the father in a while?
He'll forgive you. Your already saved. It's ok he doesn't curse or use his fist. That's what I did to her. Did many other mean things I felt horrible about, tell I asked for forgiveness and chose to change my ways. But I still wont hurt another loved one.
I loved that little doll. She meant the world to me.

I would have done anything for her, but the one thing I couldn't. She just sat there and cried begging and screaming for me. She just wanted me to come and pick her up because she couldn't even move herself. and she knew it too. she was trying to crawl to come after me. she was screaming "tony please come and just say your sorry" "please".

it was everything I wanted to do and all I did was just stress out and lock up. I couldn't move, everything screamed for me to do it too. I knew if I didn't I would lose her, I wanted to I just couldn't act. I couldn't move myself. She sat there and died inside. but not me, I had the father on my side. Now you do too.

I told you I wanted to give you your trust back. If it was true, and just, and bad do you really think I would have done that to you?

    No, sorry.

It's true, and just, and good. Not true and just and bad. There is no horrible fear on my side - that it is only yourself you see in the mirror.

I have faith. And it's a STRONG faith. Just like yours....

YOU looked in the mirror, not me. It wasn't my choice to do this. IT WAS YOUR CHOICE. Your choice, not mine. I didn't even know you were doing it to me. Good thing I already had the father.

Do you want to know what power is?

Hardest thing to do is not some action. Not doing what your told. Not doing what you should. It's just simply choosing to believe.

So simple but so hard. It's not like you have to do anything for it, right? Too good to be true right? Haha.. but it is.

Mathematically it IS the most logical decision. No matter how you analyze it.

That's why I gave you a STRONG Faith AND a Positive Mental Attitude - for that "little scientist" inside of you.

You now know what real trust is. No gold standard here, because you have my faith and trust.

    And its a Strong Faith....
