The SEC's probe of Bernard Madoff's alleged $50B fraud is looking closely at whether Madoff's family was involved in any way, sources say. Madoff's sons have said they knew nothing until their father confessed.

There's more to this story then meets the eye. Where could $50 billion have gone to? It didn't disappear into thin air. Madoff had to be funneling that money off to somewhere. Nobody could have spent $50 billion dollars in several lifetimes. I think Madoff was the front man (and fall guy) for some unknown (government-related?) group/organization.

I know one thing for sure, somebody in the SEC was paid off to look the other way. Either that or they're totally incompetent. I'll go with "paid off".
