    More on the health care insanity mentioned in this article. This week's Time magazine shows how ridiculous the current bill is, A chart shows the total cost of the Afgan war thru 2010 is expected to be $300 Billion. Yet that is only about 1/3 of the estimated cost of the bill in front of the Senate (which only covers only about an additional 15 million people). The professional pols in Washington just don't have a clue how much money they're dealing with.

    Passing a 2000 page health reform bill (who knows what else is in it) so as to get home for the holidays. Hail to our professional pols-- their job is done! Reminds me of dogs who take a dump, and are so proud of themselves they jump up and down and run in circles.

    Cuomo and Frank want pay for performance from Wall street exexcutives? What arrogance- how about pay for performance for our elected representatives and senators? And I don't mean pay from the lobbyists.
