Making such claims the "recession" is over despite a Goliath-sized mountain of worthless securities still clogging balance sheets of technically insolvent financial institutions is about the clearest case of putting the cart before the horse as one could get. Now, so long as everyone can be projected to continue looking the other way and accepting fiction for fact, then I suppose your article might have some merit.
