  • A No-Nonsense Projection Of Gilead In 2015 [View article]
Ted, owning GILD is like the owning the old family car and you have fixed it so much, you finally sell it. The new buyer now has a great car.

Please let me know when you sell. By the way, I have the same sentiment as you :>).

  • Is Cheniere Energy Still A Worthy Investment? [View article]
Good article but I have a few questions.

Why does the price of natural gas affect LNG? I thought that their demand is based to prices og NG in Asia and Europe which are significantly higher.

Since LNG only transports NG and the customers prepay for the NG to be delivered to LNG, why is the price of NG a risk to LNG's success?

Do you think that the market has finally learned that LNG's stock price is not affected by the price of crude oil?

  • Can eBay Survive Without PayPal? [View article]
A question which is not being considered is whether PayPal can continue to grow without Ebay. I use PayPal because of its link to Ebay. Internet security is one benefit but avenues of appeal is the big difference form Visa and Master Card. When PayPal separates and goes toe-to-toe in the heavy weight division, they may learn that Marketplace was more of a benefit than Activist expect.

  • TimkenSteel - Expanding Capacity For Long-Term Growth [View article]
Great article. There doesn't appear to be many followers of TMST but I have been painfully waiting for a turnaround. Eventually, I am convinced, TMST will reward my patience.

I look forward to future articles.

  • Update: Leggett & Platt - Set To Make Record Profits [View article]
For a consistent dividend stock in business transition, LEG's management is doing an excellent job. LEG is a victim of ignorant headline reporting. I think that saner voices will emerge. I bought more FEB 45 Calls for $.22 trying to average down my original purchase of $1.

    Great article.

  • DoctoRx Positions For 2015: I Have Cut Back On My Exposure To All Biotech Substantially [View article]
Great interview/responses. Doc, I am surprised at your backing-off of bio-techs. I agree that the sector is risky and requires great due diligence but this environment is where your background should be even more of an asset.

I call bio-tech investing like playing with a cobra. You better know what you are doing and never lose focus .... your comments.

  • Ctrip 2Q2014: Short-Term Pain, Long-Term Gain [View article]
What.... Is your Hedge Fund Short CTRP? CTRP is killing all travel competition in China. THe company has described its strategy and is exceeding
its plan. The company also exceed its street targets. When a company is employing a heavy investment strategy, the P/E will be higher. Can you say Amazon or Netflix.

Next time that you make a call which defies all business sense, state you name and at least own the call.

  • Ross Stores: Undervalued Despite Strong Growth [View article]
Thanks for reply.... I agree that ROST is a long term buy. Not that I am a slave to the technicals but I will wait for the stock to climb above the 50-day. The hedge fund guys ARE slaves to technical analysis.
