    Oh completely agree that you have to do your own analysis. I look at 10-k, presentations, research, news.

    The reason why I said what I said about ownership, is because someone who is looking at stocks for investment purposes, does a different level of analysis than someone who simply researches stocks.

    With Brad, he does post some decent information about REITs, but that doesn't mean that these REITs are good investments. Does that make sense?

    Yeah, companies that essentially maintain flat dividends for 15 years, and then cut them are indeed outstanding.

    In addition, when you show FFO, it would be helpful to show FFO/Share, rather than total FFO. This metric is useless to investors.

    Also, what caused the STEEP DROP in occupancy to 93% in 2011? Coincidentally, the dividend was cut around that time as well.

    Unfortunately, I do not see any value from articles from individuals who are not investing real money. If this is such a great investment, why don't you put some money on the line?
