    Not so sure commodities will lead the recovery - historically commodities have tracked the economic cycle, neither leading nor trailing.

    But there is no question that commodities are very low right now, and an economic recovery will result in much higher prices.

    Since I am not a believer in timing it is quite clear that commodities should be a significant part of your current buying strategy, taking advantage of what may in retrospect appear to be the buying opportunity of this century.
