  • Here's A Simple Explanation Of How Tesla's New Warranty Policy Affects Earnings [View article]
It does not matter. This is a cult stock not a normal stock. They need to spend billions on battery factory and people act like it will be built for free. They do not make GAAP earnings but no one cares. Elon could announce a burrito heater in the glove box and the stock would rally 10 bucks. This stock will face reality someday and it will be painful. The only reason Wall Street is upgrading aggressively now is because they know Elon needs funding and they want to suck a$$ to try to win the business. Elon is playing the game and winning so far.

  • Tesla Earnings: Estimating Tesla's EPS For 2016 And 2017 [View article]
What are your GAAP (real) earnings estimates? If this is a 30 billion dollar company it is time for it to put the big boy pants on and report real earnings not pro-forma hocus pocus earnings. If they have used GAAP up to this point they would not have made a dime. Hard to estimate future earnings when there is not record of earnings history.

  • The FDA Gives Itself Room To Move On Amarin's Appeal [View article]
Vacation. FDA had a time limit. It maxed out in August. They said August knowing full well they would be on vacation and half the FDA would be on vacation. So now Sept. And guess what. In Sept. They will push it off to Nov. They have ZERO intention of admitting fault.

  • The FDA Gives Itself Room To Move On Amarin's Appeal [View article]
Jenkins is consulting others so he can spread the blame around for nixing AMRN. He does not want the negative decisions to be his alone. If he involves others it will only make it harder to appeal. FDA knows AMRN is running out of time and could not wait for a new lawsuit involving different departments within FDA. FDA is corrupt just like the EPA, IRS, NSA, CIA............they are not in the business of admitting fault only blocking any scrutiny.

Wonder if DB wants to be involved in TSLA's next equity sale. Hell I am sure they would love to do a bond offering too.

  • Update: Amarin Earnings - Company Making Progress [View article]
I do not know. It still appears the FDA is working against AMRN not for AMRN. Delay is another example. I know they cited need to consult CEDR but why was that not done before? Also my gut tells me they will use CEDR as the excuse not to move forward. Clearly the FDA is not completely objective. Possibly bought and paid for like most in Washington.

  • Tesla: Is A $320 Price Target Reasonable? [View article]
You act as if they can run the company for years for free. They need billions to build out for next model and gigafactory. where does that come from with no profits? they are luck they have 31B in mkt cap so they can do a deal a dilute the stock. plus they are lucky they have idiots like this guy telling you to buy only when stock hits new high.

Steve Grasso thinks that Tesla Motors (NASDAQ: TSLA) has to break $265, its 52-week high, to be buy-able again. He added that Model X is going to be a huge tailwind for the company and this makes him wary to trade Tesla at this level. Tesla jumped 4.38 percent on Wednesday and it closed at $248.40.

  • Tesla: Poised To Miss Overly Sanguine Guidance [View article]
How about this brilliant advice from CNBC.

So do not buy two weeks ago at $220 or today at $248. Wait until it rallies 8% then buy. This is an example of the idiocy of TSLA investors.

  • Is Tesla's Growth About To Run Out Of Charge? [View article]
Yes when they start selling a mass produced cheaper car at a loss along with the Model S at a loss. Funny how this week someone compared TSLA to WhatsApp. Others have compared TSLA wrongly to GOOG or AAPL. Maybe TSLA is like AMZN. They will have high valuation forever but never really make money.

At some point earnings are derived from earnings. And earnings are way down the road for this company. So you are taking a huge risk buying here. They need billions in cap ex to move forward. But then you compare this valuations to WhatsApp? Come on. And Morgan Stanley calls this the most important car company in the world? Well of course. They are sucking TSLA a$$. They want to do the banking for the billions TSLA needs to build out company. Nothing more than that.
