Nationallize the oil companies..... Good Idea, Socialism is working so well for the rest of the world that has tried it! It is unfortunate that Dems extort the ignorance of the common folk to get votes. So many people have no idea how oil and gasoline trade (or how business works for that matter). It is disgusting that the Dems are one of the main reasons that we are in the oil mess now..... After thirty something years of fighting drilling in this country, fighting nuclear energy (the only clean energy on the planet) and fighting coal ..... They then wake up and find an energy shortage, Gee Whiz..... What Happen they say. Then they want to punish the oil companies that (had they been allow to drill and prospect) would have helped prevent the shortage.
