Chipotle B Shares: The Proof is in the Taco

This makes no sense, and has apparently been going on for years. For $0 out of pocket, I could short the A shares and buy the B shares until i had enough to vote myself onto the board, push to merge the two, and pocket 11% of the company. That's insanity.
