Hi "His people"???? His father is from Kenya and his mother is white. If "his" people had any connection to slavery it was from the business side not the victim side. (although most slavers working Kenya would have been arab/islamic......wait daddy was a moslem..nevermind) Reminds me of the supposed gaff/insult when he was referred to as a "slave" people ignored fact that in arabic the word for blackman and slave are the same.

Hi, If they have 175mil for Feb then Ergen has nothing. The terms of the debt are Sirius will deposit the balance in 3rd party account by certain time on 17 Feb. 3rd party then waits for holder of bonds to collect. Once Sirius makes the deposit on time their obligation is fullfilled. If they have 175 million then they are fine. If not and they do not obtain it by 17 Feb then all the other deals default right along with the Feb debt. (it is in the wording of all these bonds and warrants) too bad companies are not required to always post their bank accounts.

Hi, I am now a subscriber. Just signed up for the internet option. The music sounds CD quality to me but I must admit I have a severe hearing loss from military service.
WHAT???? Sirius is going BK on Tuesday? Boy if you didn't get that from a reputable source like WSJ your in trouble. Putting my sell order in now. Hope I can still get at least .04

Legal not legal? Loan Sirius money in exchange for shares and at same time stipulate some money for buy back of shares. Example Loan Sirius 175 million for Feb debt in exchange for 1.75 billion new shares. Loan another 200 million that Sirius must use to rebuy shares. (they issue 1.75bil new and then rebuy 2 billion)
Hi, I still embarass myself. When everyone says "hooah" I still say "urrah" because I started out in the Corps. I'm working on it but it gives my 1st Sgt fits
Hi, CNBC was as clueless as WSJ. No mention that Sirius has more subscribers then the pay TV companies. Or 2+ billion revenue. Only "always been in trouble"

My dilema is that the current SP is very close to my buy in. I can exit today and play safe. Good news over weekend would mean I have to pay premium to reenter. Bad news would mean I saved my ass. It was not a real problem when I was down 50% but now where safety is near it is difficult to ignore that option. If it is good news then premarket tuesday would elevate price but profit taking after open would bring it back down. Bad news over week end would lock in at least a 50 percent loss. I am really watching for breaking news to take the burden off my having to make difficult choice.
