America Needs an Independent Clearinghouse for OTC, CDS

Excellent article. I can clearly understand the importance of having an independent clearinghouse to protect us - the taxpayers. It would give us confirmation that OUR money is protected. Oh, I forgot, the politicians DON'T want us to know where OUR money is going. VOTE them all out of office!!!
