    I'm not sure why geothermal energy doesn't get more attention. To me, the investment prospects and the energy itself are very appealing. There are a bunch of well-known companies in this sector and some are mentioned above: Constellation, U.S., etc.

    Regardless of whether or not wind is the answer environmentalists are looking for, it looks like wind energy stocks are a very viable way to profit in this ridiculously bad economy.

    That is so true. And it really makes me sick when you think about all of those golden parachutes out there floating on by, while we look for a way to protect what little wealth we have left. This article reminded me of a piece I read: www.wealthdaily.com/re...

    Keep shooting straight - these times call for some seriously blunt commentary. Luckily there are ways to make money regardless of the market.

    that's quite a list of stocks, but this piece is really old. i read a great article the other day by some guy named Chris Hunter, where he recommended a bunch of wind energy stocks, here it is: cleanenergysector.com/.../ i think they will be big if Obama gets elected.
