The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges AT&T (T +0.8%) with age discrimination. A lawsuit filed in Manhattan says the phone company's policy not to rehire employees who retired from the company discriminates against over-40 workers.

Hopefully that month in Tuscany will erode the already remedial technology skills that they have so that they will only be suited to the most menial and degrading jobs possible.
