At this point, I see 2 of the three major historical growth drivers, as dead in the water.
The $64 Trillion question is, what is going to drive growth?
And, if that question remains unanswered for much longer, then the $64 Trillion & more, will disappear!
That's one scenario, the other is a "new economic model"?
