    HMMM. It is funny that my name is Brendan Patrick Byrne. I have no relation to the CEO, but I have been following the story. It is to my knowledge that there is a play to be had. Consider this. If you were to own shares of OSTK, you could lend them through LocateStock.com. The premium being paid for the locate will not only deliver to you, the lender, upto 16% on your shares. So, in essence you could be buying your shares at a 16% discount. The laws of diminishing returns sets for shorts as this stock heads lower. I trade this stock quite a bit intraday and overnight. I am not interested in being short.
