    • The Last Boomer: Housing will stay low for some time but my bet is that it won't fall much further. I am looking a year out for best in class homebuilders.

    • Fin858: I would agree. The site shows the inventory, sales, prices, etc for numerous housing metrics. Fundamentals of housing look to be improving.
