Of the 6 airframes needed, not one is yet fully complete, and parts for Airplane #6 havent even arrived in the factory.
I dont think SPEEA will strike - they'll have seen the IAM vote in a barely unchanged contract. They'd be wise to agree whatever is given and continue working rather than antagonise their employer, who would only happily send design work to its bureau in Russia.
