What happens if all the money committed to stimulus doesnt stimulate the consumer? What if stimulus is just a "Cash for Consumer" program, robbing tomorrow for today. With the underlying economy being propped up as it is, what happens when the props are removed or run out or dont work? Consumers have suffered tremendous losses in their portfolios, their homes and jobs, in the past many lived like the Grasshopper but now wished they instead lived like the Ant, and now probably will. But it seems like the market doesnt know it or doesnt care just like the Grasshopper
